Description Property to rent Mauritius - This Mauritius villa is located on an islet near the quiet resort of Poste Lafayette, 50m from the beach, and is accessed via a little wooden and stone bridge built on rocks. It is north-facing with off-shore prevailing winds. The property is built on sand with direct access to the Indian Ocean on all sides. Stone steps lead to a natural pool formed by two neighbouring islets. Fish and crayfish (gutted and filleted on the spot) are available from Ali, a well-known local figure who visits the islet regularly. The villa consists of two wings joined together by a large sitting area. This is a very individual property, which will amaze you by its high standard and unique location. It is an ideal spot to escape from busy life, although all amenities and sight-seeing attractions are only a short drive away. |
